CONTROLLER CONNECTION PROBLEMS
If the controllers won't connect or are not responsive, there may be something affecting the wireless signal. These tips should help you resolve the problem:
Bluetooth devices could interfere with the signal, try turning off Bluetooth on other nearby devices.
Wi-Fi signals could be blocking the signal. To test this unplug any Wi-Fi router. If this is found to be the cause you can change the channel your Wi-Fi router operates on in your router settings page.
Not enough power supplied from USB port on TV, plug into a USB wall adaptor.
There could be interference from your TV. Use the included HDMI extension cable to make sure the HDMI stick is not too close to the TV
Make sure the batteries in the controller are high quality and have a high level of charge.
DEVICE PERFORMANCE PROBLEMS
If you experience poor performance from your game stick, this is likely caused by insufficient power. If there is not enough power supplied to the game stick, the game stick will limit the processing speed of its CPU.
Some TV's USB port is not suitable for powering other devices and is only designed for USB drives. To resolve this, connect the game stick to a USB plug (like a phone charger)
